Wood Laboratory Chemist

The preferred candidate must have a chemistry degree; at least 10 years experience of hands-on formulating; and technical service experience. Areas of expertise should include formulation of high solid varnish, dyes, spray stains, glazes, UV and water base products. Experience with a variety of application equipment including spray, flat line, vacuum and roller coaters would be an asset.

Coatings Chemist

The preferred candidate will have at least 5 years relevant R&D experience in polymeric coatings, with exposure to coating formulation, resin chemistry & selection, performance and processing.

Experiences in the following areas are important: 2K urethane; epoxy; vinyl and polyester, for both solvent and water on wood plastic and metal substrates.

Marketing Manager

The preferred candidate will be responsible for bringing new products to market, attending trade shows, and developing presentations. Candidate will work closely with CEO, R&D Chemists, VP Marketing & team. Past experience in the O.E.M. coatings market is preferable. Travel is required.
